Hand selected from our grass fed continental Limousine & Charolais breeds, raised on the wild Atlantic way with its mild climate and coupled with pure Atlantic rain provides the perfect grass and most natural feed for our cattle. The loins are dry aged in our Himalayan salt chamber for a minimum of 35 days and only on maturity is removed and butchered to your requirements.
