McConnells is an award winning, second generation butchers established since 1964 in Ballybofey, Co.Donegal. Renowned for their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, father and son team (John and Shane) focus on sustainably sourced produce that is also delicious! All McConnell’s produce is traceable to local producers and their beef is raised by their brother-in law, John McGlynn, on his farm in Curraghnamone, Ballybofey. By combining traditional methods with new creative techniques in their recently renovated shop, they aim to provide their customers with the very best that nature provides.
